KB 3153199 may solve the problem, simply installing KB3145739 in April 2016 wasn't the ultimate solution for many Win 7 and Vista users and the slow updates returned when they tried After you install this item, you may have to restart your computer. I used file "WindowsUpdateAgent30-x86.exe" with the /wuforce switch and ran it from a HDD not containing the OS. 3.
