The information did not resolve my issue. The two main issues for me was: 1) a debilitating conflict with the Apple icloud sync on my desktop, and 2) the inability for Windows 10 to recognize my DVD/CD player Thank you for the help. Im not sure what other hardware on the pc could be effecting the drive other than these 2.
