Reason is that when we boot from the linux all attributes of windows are disabled and .exe or .vbs files cannot be executed. You might as well look in to it..let us know if it works. But I kept getting the message: " c:\windows:\cannot find ujbright antivirus.vbs" and the same is seen in the Applications tab of the system configuration utility (msconfig). I changed the file Uj UjBright_Antivirus.vbs; I changed the registry enteries to enable whatever this file was disabling and i added for it to end the viral script. You need to remove this registry entry so Windows stops searching for the file when it loads. restart ur computer... That's it. AVG Antivirus detected it and healed.
